![]() Onwards and upwards... Posted on: Tuesday 8th September 2009 Bookmark This | Print This Page | Send To A Friend Some you win and some you lose. We can of course all cope with winning, but it's how an athlete copes with losing, or deals with the disappointment of not achieving the result he'd planned that really counts. The very likeable Duathlon247 columnist, Jez Cox, has certainly had his fair share of disappointment this year but one things for sure, he'll be back a fitter and stronger athlete following his two very, very tough Powerman races. In his column this month Jez talks us through his amusing account of two very different races. The results were, he thought, quite similar, but there is a twist in the tale and the two results turned out to be quite different. It appears that a little investigative work maybe needed to try to understand one of the results, although for the time being Jez maybe happy to let this one lie.
