Just to let you know that Deal Tri are holding our Club Duathlon Championships this coming Sunday (4th Oct). 

Although it is a closed event for the club, we are happy for any Duathletes from the SE to come along and have a go and join in. The event takes place at Fowlmead Country Park which is on the Deal/Sandwich Road. 

The event is on totally closed roads within the Park over a 2-lap 3.7 mile run, 8-lap 16 mile bike, then a 1-lap 1.85 mile run. 

Entry fee for non Deal Tri members will be the £3 day licence fee. Competitors will need to register by 0830hrs latest and the race starts at 0900hrs.
