Entries for the Hillingdon Auutumn Sprint Duathlon are now open. The events take place on Sunday 8th November 2009 at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit, Minet Park, Hayes, West London.

Hillingdon Cycle Circuit is a purpose built, one-mile (approx), traffic free, road cycling circuit, making it a perfect and safe venue for duathlon, whether novice or elite.

The event will comprise of a men's race (9.15am), Ladies race (10.15am) and Tristar/Youth events to follow for all age groups - Tristar start (8 and under), Tristar 1 (9/10), Tristar 2 (11/12), Tristar 3 (13/14) and Youth (15/16).

The adults will race over 2-mile run / 10-mile bike / 1-mile run, while the tristars/youth will race over a range of distances according to age category.
