FRF Mazda Gower Multisport Weekend
Including Welsh Duathlon Championships

Tri & Enter Events Ltd and DB Max are delivering a weekend of racing based in the village of Rhossili on the Gower Peninsula. The event comprises of a full and sprint duathlon on Saturday 15th May and the soon to befamous Rhossili Monster 10K run Sunday 16th May.

The event is open to men and women of all capabilities with limited entry slots still available. Competitors can choose between a sprint duathlon 5k run/21k bike/3k run and a full distance race 10k run/43k bike/5k run on the Saturday with the full distance race being the Welsh Championships. The Rhossili Monster is a 10k multi terrain run which start and finishes on the beach!!

Rhossilli is the perfect venue, offering a world-class duathlon and run courses set in stunning countryside and coastline. What’s more the race HQ is the Worms Head Hotel which has to be the best location for a HQ in the UK.
